Your personal details and experiences are never put into ChatGPT or any other LLM. Not even in an anonymised form. I do use AI to help me book rooms, manage work flow, do general research (for example on current sexual health issues), and give me a basic structure and sometimes inspo for my blog posts. But what you read is definitely crafted by me! Having been a writer for 20+ years, I don’t want a bot do something I’m good at and, more importantly, enjoy! Equally, I have no desire to lose that skill through lack of use. It’s easy to outsource and not have to think. I don’t want to do that. I don’t want to get lazy.</image:caption>
